Found out California's SSI payment is only $1,183 a month and I nearly choked on my coffee
I was digging through the SSI state supplement page on ssa.gov last night and saw that a single person on SSI here gets $1,183.94 a month max, which is basically nothing in Sacramento, so how is anyone supposed to survive on that without a roommate or family helping out?
