Got my first SSDI denial letter and the number that shocked me was 65 percent
I filed back in March after my back gave out and I couldn't do warehouse work anymore. The denial came last Tuesday. I knew denials were common but I didn't know it was that high at the first stage. Now I'm looking at the appeal and my cousin keeps saying get a lawyer before I send anything in. Did anyone here win at the reconsideration stage without one, or am I wasting my time trying it alone?
