My DDS forms got rejected twice for a silly spacing issue

I've been trying to get my son's regional center services renewed and I thought I had everything perfect. Sent in the packet back in September with all the doctor notes and IEP stuff. Got a letter saying they couldn't process it because the parent signature line overlapped into the margin on page 4. I was so frustrated because it felt like they were looking for any excuse to delay us. Resubmitted with my printer set to shrink 95 percent and it came back again for the same issue on a different page. Finally called the office in Fresno and a nice lady told me they scan everything into a system that auto-checks margins. Learned my lesson to always print a test page and measure before sending, has anyone else dealt with this weird form rejection stuff?

Wait, the scanner auto-checks margins? That's wild, a machine rejecting your sig over spacing.
