Noticed something smart at a coffee shop job fair in Columbus

I stopped by a hiring event at a local Starbucks last Tuesday and saw the manager handing out one-page cheat sheets with common interview questions and what they really look for. It was a tiny thing but made me realize how many people fail interviews just because they don't know what's actually being asked. Has anyone else seen employers do this or do you think it's too spoon-feeding?
