Can we talk about hitting 15 years at the same company and wondering if that's a flex or a trap
My badge number at work is 4 digits and most new hires have 6, which hit me harder than any anniversary email did. Back in 2009 I figured I'd stay maybe two years, get the 401k match, then move on to something bigger, and here I am at 15 years, 3 months, and 11 days at the same desk in the same building. Part of me likes the steady paycheck and the fact that I know every corner of this place, but part of me wonders if I just got too comfy. Curious if anyone else has been at one job this long and whether you'd do it again or jump ship.

Stayed 14 years myself and the comfort was worth more than the resume boost.
