Found a weird pattern in my field work logs from 5 years ago

I was cleaning out old notebooks last week and noticed my first 3 years as a firefighter had way more calls logged during full moons... like 20% more. Then I checked the station's old dispatch records and it actually held up for our area. Has anyone else seen weird cycles like this in their line of work?

Oh man that's wild! I had a similar thing happen when I was tracking my dog's anxiety episodes for the vet. She's an old rescue with separation issues and I kept a log for like 2 years. Randomly noticed her bad days lined up pretty close with when the local high school had football games. Not the full moon thing but still weird how stuff can sync up without you noticing. I showed the vet and he just shrugged and said animals pick up on routines. Made me wonder if firefighters or cops just get more alerts because people act weird during full moons or if it's some kind of reporting bias. Your 20% jump is too big to ignore though.
