Dropped $1,200 on a coding bootcamp in Austin and learned less than from free YouTube
I paid $1,200 for a 12 week bootcamp in Austin that promised job placement, and all I got was a Slack channel full of dead links and a guy named Dave reading slides off his screen. The whole thing could have been four hours of free videos, and the career coach they paired me with never replied to a single email. Did anyone here actually get a job out of one of these, or is the whole thing a cash grab?
