Vent: That cheap framing nailer cost me $400 in wasted time
That cheap framing nailer I grabbed for $80 off Amazon in March turned out to be a total joke. It jammed every 30 nails, ate up my whole afternoon on a deck job in Spokane, and I spent an extra $60 renting a Paslode just to finish on time. I lost about $400 in billed hours on that nonsense. Has anyone else had a budget tool cost way more than the upgrade?
Ended up biting the bullet on a refurb Paslode and it paid for itself in two jobs. Cheap tools cost you twice, once at the register and again on the clock.
