Vent: the 1970s liner I pulled in Cheyenne crumbled like dry leaves and changed how I quote jobs
Last month I was on a ranch outside Cheyenne pulling an old clay liner that the homeowner swore was in fine shape. About 12 feet down it just fell apart in my hands, and I ended up spending 4 extra hours on a job I had quoted at 2. Now I always run a camera first no matter what the customer says. How do you all price in that surprise time without scaring people off?
