Finally stopped using coolant mist and switched to flood coolant
I was fighting with mist for months on my Haas at work, getting fog everywhere and still dealing with chip welding. Switched to a proper flood setup last week with a cheap $40 nozzle kit from Amazon and my tool life doubled overnight. Anyone else make the swap and notice a huge difference?

Mist works fine if you dial in your air pressure right, maybe your nozzle was just clogged.
