Hot take: Last Tuesday was my best day running a CNC in months
I had a job come in for 50 parts with tight tolerances on the inside radius. Normally I'd fight with chatter for half the run, but I tried a different feed rate after the first 5 parts. Dropped from 120 IPM to 95 IPM and the finish came out glassy smooth. No rework needed on any of them, which saved me about 3 hours of deburring. Has anyone else found a big improvement just by slowing down a little on aluminum?

Bet your insert life went up too since less heat and vibration, right?
