Can we talk about how beginners now plan coding around sleep schedules
When I started, pulling all-nighters to fix code was normal, and my sleep was a mess. Now, I see new learners setting strict bedtimes to keep their minds sharp. They use apps to track sleep and avoid late-night coding sessions. It's a better habit that really helps with learning and health.

Stanford's sleep research totally backs up the morning clarity thing.

Yeah the part about avoiding late-night coding sessions is so real. My friend Chris used to code until like 3 AM every night and his work was full of dumb bugs. Then he got one of those sleep apps and made a rule to stop at 10 PM no matter what. He said his code got way better because he'd spot errors faster in the morning with a clear head.
