Remember when I thought instant coffee was fine? Tried a real pour over last month and it blew my mind. Now I'm weighing beans and everything, feels like a whole new hobby.

Honestly, it's just hot bean water. @phoenix_singh and the scale crew are overcomplicating it. My regular drip pot gets the job done fine.
