Why does nobody talk about how different a city council meeting feels in person vs on the livestream
I started watching our council meetings on the city's YouTube stream back in January, then last week I finally went to the actual room in Council Chambers on Tuesday night. Six people spoke during public comment, and three of them got a direct back and forth with a council member, which never happens on the stream because the camera just cuts to whoever has the mic. Does anyone else feel like the in person version is a completely different meeting than the one that gets posted online?
