Can we talk about that new comic shop loyalty app that bricked my pull list?

I mean, I was pretty pumped when my shop in Portland switched to that app system last month. Seemed slick, you know, no more paper slips. But yesterday I went to pick up my Wednesday stack and the app logged me out, then when I got back in, my whole pull list was just gone. Like, 14 titles I've been collecting for 2 years, just wiped. The guy behind the counter tried to help but the tablet they use kept freezing too. I ended up having to verbally list every single issue I wanted, and two books were already sold out by then. Has anyone else had this happen with their shop's digital switch, or did I just get super unlucky with this one?
