PSA: The new guy tried to clean the flat top with cold water
He was on his second day at the grill station in our Tacoma spot and just hosed it down. The sound was like a gunshot and the whole thing warped. Anyone know a good repair place that doesn't charge a fortune for emergency calls?

The sound was like a gunshot" is the understatement of the year.

Holy crap, that's brutal. Good luck finding someone who won't totally rip you off.
