Overheard a volunteer coordinator in Tulsa say something that bugs me
She told a new helper there's no such thing as bad volunteering, just bad fits. I think that's backwards, bad fits are exactly why half the volunteers quit by month two. Anyone else think we should push people toward smaller, specific roles instead of just getting them in the door?
