Cleaned out my ticket queue and hit exactly 500 closed jobs on Wednesday
I was going through my backlog at the store in Beaverton and noticed I'd closed job number 500 since January. Sounds like a lot until you realize half of them were the same three printer issues and one lady who keeps unplugging her router. Honestly made me wonder if I'm actually fixing things or just resetting the same stuff over and over. Anyone else keep a mental tally like that, and did the number surprise you?
