Watched a guy pull his float too early on a 90 degree day in Phoenix and the whole slab went
Was pouring a 24x30 driveway off Camelback Road back in June when the guy helping me pulled his magnesium float way too soon and left a mess of trails I could not work out. Instead of ripping it all out, I waited about 20 minutes, hit it with a fresno and a little water, and floated it back smooth before the edge set up. Learned that day that on a hot pour the clock moves faster than you think, and one guy rushing can cost you the whole finish. What is your go to move when a slab starts going off on you before you're ready?
