Watched my uncle's 2019 Ford F150 go from 11mpg to 18mpg with one simple fix and now I dont trust anything
So my uncle drives a 2019 F150 with the 5.0 and he was getting around 11mpg for like 8 months. He kept blaming the gas stations around Toledo and swore the winter blend was trash. Last month a mechanic down on Summit St pulled a mouse nest out of his air box, just a big clump of shredded insulation blocking the intake. Now he gets 18mpg and I keep thinking about how many people are out here blaming big oil for stuff a rodent did.
