Appreciation post: the Tuesday in March when 9 clients all showed up on time
Last month I had a Tuesday where every single one of my 9 appointments showed up on time and nobody changed their mind about color halfway through. My 2 o'clock, Mrs. Delgado, even brought me tamales from her daughter's shop on 5th Street because I fixed her gray coverage after she'd been fighting it for months. That never happens, most days I'm lucky if two people don't reschedule. Do you all have a day like that every once in a while that keeps you going?
