Watched a lady sell 40 cake pops in 20 minutes at the Knoxville farmers market, so I asked her exactly how she did it
She was set up right at the entrance with a $3 sign and a Venmo QR code taped to a cutting board. She told me she makes them the night before, keeps them in a cooler with a frozen water bottle, and only does 3 flavors. I tried the same thing the next Saturday in my town and sold out by 10am. My question is do you all prep the night before or morning of? Seems like the cooler thing matters more than I thought.
