Went to a flea market in Ohio and now I'm rethinking my whole pricing setup
Stopped by a big flea market outside of Canton last Saturday, just walking around to scout what other folks are selling. There was this lady with a little table of handmade embroidered towels, nothing fancy, but she had a line of people waiting. Her towels were 12 bucks each and mine are basically the same quality, I charge 8 because I always worry nobody will pay more. I asked her how she picks her price and she just laughed and said she started at 10, then went up when people kept buying. Its crazy how much we undersell ourselves... I sat there for like 20 minutes watching her sell 5 towels in the time it takes me to sell 1 online. Is anyone else stuck on pricing too low or is it just me? What made you finally raise your numbers?
