Drove 40 minutes to a guy's storage unit in Modesto for a $60 drill press that turned out to be rusted solid
Back in like 2011 I messaged this guy for a week about a bench top drill press, and when I got to his unit off Yosemite Blvd the chuck wouldn't spin at all and he acted like I was the problem. I showed him the photo from his own ad and he just shrugged, so I walked and left him a listing report, though nothing ever came of it. Kind of miss when you could actually talk to a person on the phone first, does anyone still bother calling ahead on tool listings or is it all texts now?
