Vent: drove 45 minutes to a garage sale in Beaverton for a $20 bike, and the guy handed me a rusty frame with no wheels
I showed him the listing photo on my phone and he just shrugged and said "things move fast around here." Do you walk away or try to haggle when the item is nothing like the picture?

Wait, he wouldn't even knock a few bucks off after showing him the photo? In my experience you can usually haggle a bit even on a beat up frame, but honestly a frame with no wheels is worth way less than 20 bucks so I'd just walk.
