Just realized my $3 pill bottle flashlight beats the $40 one I carried for 2 years
I got tired of my nice aluminum light eating a battery every 10 days, so on a camping trip near Bend last spring I grabbed a cheap plastic one that runs on a single AAA. That little thing has been on my keys for 7 months now and it still works fine, even after going through the wash twice. Anyone else find a cheap piece of gear that just refuses to die while your fancy stuff sits in a drawer?
