TIL a redditor's tip on swapping my AAA battery for a single 10440 in my Olight i3T took me 3 hours to figure out
So last Tuesday I'm at my desk in Aurora trying to fit a 10440 cell into my i3T and the thing just would not turn on no matter what I did. I must have taken the tailcap off and put it back 20 times before it clicked that the head needed a tiny bit of foil to bridge the gap, total rookie move. Now it runs way brighter off one cell and I feel like an idiot for not trying this sooner. Anyone else running weird battery swaps in their EDC light or am I the only one who almost gave up on this?
