Spent 4 years clipping coupons from the Sunday paper before I figured out the real savings
Sat down last week and actually added up my Sunday paper coupon savings for a month, came to like $11 total, but the store app digital deals I ignored the whole time would've saved me $60+. Now I feel like a dummy for all those hours with scissors. Anyone else make the switch to digital or am I late to this?
How many trees did you sacrifice for that $11? I'm picturing you sitting at the kitchen table with a mountain of tiny paper squares feeling like a big spender. The real kicker is those digital deals were just sitting there the whole time, probably laughing at you from your phone. At least you finally did the math instead of going another four years. Better late than never, but man, that's a rough way to find out.
