Tractor supply cashier in Concord let me in on the markdown schedule and now I check every Thursday
I was in the Concord Tractor Supply about a month ago buying chicken feed and the cashier noticed I had a clearance tag on a muck bucket. She leaned over and mentioned the store marks down damaged bag feed and scratch grain every Thursday morning, usually 50 percent off, and if you ask the manager they will sometimes stack a second markdown after it sits a week. I went back the next Thursday and walked out with four bags of layer pellets for $22 total. Your mileage may vary by store of course, but it could not hurt to ask at your local one. Has anyone figured out which day the other NH locations do their markdowns?
