Using my library card for museum passes beat every discount site I tried

I was planning a weekend trip to Chicago and hotel prices were fine, but the aquarium and art museum tickets were adding up to nearly $85 for two people. My local library downtown offers free museum passes through a partnership, so I reserved them online and picked them up the same day. Has anyone else checked what their library carries besides books, because I had no idea this perk existed until a librarian mentioned it?
