Wasted 2 winters insulating my crawl space wrong, and a $12 tool at the Denver Hardware on Broadway is what tipped me off
I was stuffing batts in with the paper facing the cold floor and never sealing the rim joist, until the guy at the counter in Denver asked what my vapor barrier was doing and I realized I had it backwards the whole time, so has anyone else here been fighting moisture down there because of the same mistake?
