Guy at a mixer in Corktown told me 80% of his leads come from 3 people, and I can't stop thinking about it
Honestly I went to that Thursday night meetup at a bar on Michigan Ave expecting to pass out 30 cards, and this guy who runs a small print shop said almost all his work comes from just three contacts he's known for years. I looked it up after and a few networking surveys say similar stuff, most jobs come from a small circle, not a giant pile of names. Has anyone else here found that a handful of people carry your whole pipeline?
