Hit 200 successful shell swaps and I'm done pretending it gets easier

After my 200th Switch shell swap, I still cracked two clips on the ribbon cables and had to redo the whole backplate. Everyone in this group talks about it like it becomes second nature, but in my experience the tension between the housing and the board just never stops being fiddly. Anyone else hit a milestone count and start questioning if the veterans are just gatekeeping their own patience?

Same boat here. The ribbon cables are always the weak point no matter how many times you do it. Hit 300 swaps myself and still snap those clips more often than I'd like to admit.
