I tried a $15 pipe clamp and a $60 Quick-Grip side by side last weekend

I was fixing a wobbly leg on my workbench in Denver and needed something to hold it steady. The cheap pipe clamp from Home Depot slipped all over the place, but the Quick-Grip held firm without any fuss. That Quick-Grip saved me an hour of frustration and cost way less than replacing the whole bench. Has anyone else found a brand that just works better for clamping?
