Had a full sheet of 5/8 snap on me last week, right at the lift.
Was hanging a ceiling in a new build in Tacoma, had the sheet up on the lift and was just about to lock it in. Heard that awful crack, and the whole corner just folded down. Turns out the guy at the yard loaded a sheet that had been leaning wrong for who knows how long, had a hidden weak spot. Had to cut out a big section and scab in a new piece, set me back almost three hours. Anyone else run into bad sheets straight from the supplier lately?

Wait, a whole bunk? In your yard? That's wild.

Yo that is insane. I can't imagine just finding a whole bunk in your yard out of nowhere. We had something similar happen to my buddy's place out in issaquah a few years back. It was just an old shed that ended up being a legit grow op from the 80s. We called the cops and they just told us to trash it.
Stuff like that is creepy but also kinda interesting if you think about it. Did you end up tearing it down or just leaving it? Sometimes those old bunks are built real solid still. Hope you guys are okay though, finding random stuff like that on your property is always a bit jarring.
