Just realized my buddy's comment about 'fixing the ride, not the code' after a brutal 8-hour call in Phoenix changed how I see the job.
He said, 'The people inside don't care if the logic board is perfect, they just want to get to their floor without feeling like they're in a box of rocks,' and now I listen to the car run with the door closed before I even open my tool bag.

What changed in your routine first?

Actually my routine didn't change first, my mindset did. I started just walking for 20 minutes a day without any big goal. That small shift made everything else easier to adjust later.

Honestly that's exactly how I started too.
