Just came back from a facial workshop in Portland that totally flipped my view on enzyme peels
I went to this training at a spa downtown last Saturday, thinking enzyme peels were just weaker than chemical ones. The instructor had us try a pumpkin enzyme mask on one side of our face and a mild lactic acid on the other. After 10 minutes, the enzyme side looked brighter and felt way smoother, no stinging at all. It made me realize I've been overcomplicating my exfoliation options for clients with sensitive skin. Has anyone else switched up their go-to peel based on a similar experience?

@paulw63 I get what you're saying, but for me the difference was pretty noticeable with my rosacea clients. Switched to enzyme peels for them maybe six months back and the results have been way more consistent with less irritation. Your mileage may vary though, depends on the skin type.

lol you're making enzyme peels sound like a life changing revelation when it's just a gentler option. I've used both and they're basically the same thing with different pH levels.
