I read that 40% of food waste happens at home, mostly from stuff in the fridge going bad

Honestly, I saw that number in a city report on their website last week. It made me look at my own fridge full of random bits and think about how much I toss. How do you guys actually use up all those weird leftover ingredients before they spoil?

That "fridge full of random bits" is my life. My crisper drawer is basically a science experiment.

Honestly mine is the only organized spot in my fridge. I just use those cheap plastic bins to keep veggies separate, works for me.
