The worst ratings reveal more than the best ones ever do.

Agree with this so much. I always go straight to the worst ratings first. They show what really breaks or fails. Bought a blender last month and the one-star reviews said it leaks. Saved me from a big mess. The five-star reviews just say "works great" with no details. Now I never buy anything without reading the bad reviews.

Do you ever think that only reading bad reviews might change your mind too much? Some problems are not that common.

Yeah but @schmidt.eric, focusing only on the worst ones means you're only seeing the angry outliers. Most people who get a working blender don't bother to write a novel about it.
