Agree with this so much. I always go straight to the worst ratings first. They show what really breaks or fails. Bought a blender last month and the one-star reviews said it leaks. Saved me from a big mess. The five-star reviews just say "works great" with no details. Now I never buy anything without reading the bad reviews.
