Noticed our local school adding safety film to every window last week.

They told me it was for extra protection against breakage and UV rays. It got me wondering if schools everywhere are doing this now. What's your take on safety film becoming more common in jobs?

Yeah, the part about them taking steps is key... we put that film in at my kid's daycare a few years back. It's not just for storms, it really does hold the glass together if something hits it. Seems like more places are doing it now just as a basic safety thing, like smoke alarms. Honestly, it's one of those cheap fixes that just makes sense.
