Whoa that's wild! My buddy had something just like that happen last week. He was telling his roommate about this old song from a video game, and his phone, which was on the table, started playing that EXACT song from a random playlist. It was so perfectly timed it felt like the universe was messing with them. Your streetlight thing is totally the same vibe, like reality hiccuped for a second. Those little moments are so weird but honestly kind of cool to spot.
