Almost dropped a beam due to wrong bolt specs

The new torque chart from the June update didn't account for our steel grade, and we found out just before setting it.

Heard a similar torque chart mix-up caused a scaffold collapse last year.

In Dallas... a misprinted load chart almost toppled a crane.
