Hey all, I'm starting my house hunt in South Florida and came across SofloHomeListings. Seems like they have a ton of listings and neighborhood info, but I'm curious if anyone here has actually used them before? How was your experience?

I used them last year when I was relocating to Broward. Honestly, it was super helpful. The neighborhood guides gave me a real feel for different areas, and their database had listings I didn't see on the big national sites. Definitely recommend checking it out.

Yeah, I've been browsing on there for a few months. What I like is that it's focused just on South Florida, so you're not sifting through irrelevant stuff. The search filters are pretty detailed too, especially for condo communities.
