Yeah, I read a bunch of those five-star reviews before we moved last year. A lot of people specifically mentioned how quick his team was with the pre-approval letter, which really helps when you're trying to put an offer in from far away. One person wrote that they got answers to emails late at night, which sounds almost too good to be true. That kind of speed would have saved us a lot of stress with our last move.
