inThat broken ticket machine on my morning bus route has me thinking about how times have changed.
Yeah but that shrug costs everyone else time later... like last week our bus fare reader was down and three people got fined because they couldn't pay. Or when the train door sensor goes and it holds up the whole line. Reporting it takes two minutes on an app and might save the next person a huge headache. Small failures pile up if nobody points them out. Someone's gotta say something or it just gets worse.
