inTIL my coworker thinks pigeons are government drones.
So, that "feeding government drones" worry hits close to home. I went through this with the pigeons on my balcony. Watch for how they move, drones often turn in sharp, exact ways that birds don't. Check if they leave any weird marks on the ground, like tiny tire tracks or something. Another giveaway is if they show up at the exact same time every day, like clockwork. Try switching to a different type of feed, real animals are picky but drones won't care.

That's just basic pitmaster control.
