I used to think dry aging at home was just a fancy gimmick

Disagree on it being a gimmick. The whole process changes the texture and deepens the flavor in a way a grill just can't match. It's a different experience, not just a different taste.

Choosing between a prefab coop kit and building from scratch

So you're telling me I built my nesting boxes at the perfect height for basketball playing chickens? That explains a lot. My roof leak fix was way less smart, I just slathered a whole tube of exterior caulk along the seams. It looks terrible but it's dry.

Rant: I spent $60 on a 'premium' prompt generator subscription last month

Ouch, that's brutal. A sentient toaster is a fun gag for a free writing exercise, but not as a paid product's main output. When you say it recycled ideas, were they just changing small details, like "sentient toaster" to "lonely microwave," or was it the exact same prompt text? I'm trying to figure out how lazy the service got.

Question about rolling tube sheets after a weld

Honestly, how much stress cracking are we even seeing on a standard bevel weld? I get the theory, rolling that edge probably changes the stress flow, but for most jobs it feels like fixing a problem that isn't really there. The extra die setup and handling time has to eat into any gain, unless you're doing some crazy high pressure work all day. Just seems like another old shop trick that gets passed down more than it gets used.

My first Python loop printed the same thing 10,000 times

My friend's infinite loop crashed a whole lab computer once.
