My bus ticket to Berlin was gone and I had 20 euros left
I was in Prague last fall, ready to catch my overnight bus to Berlin. I went to print my ticket at the hostel's computer, and the website just wouldn't load. My phone was dead, I had no paper copy, and the bus was leaving in 45 minutes. Panic set in, but I remembered a tip from an old travel forum. I ran to a nearby internet cafe, paid about 2 euros for 15 minutes of computer time, and logged into my email to find the PDF ticket. I showed the driver the PDF on the cafe's printout, and he just shrugged and let me on. It was a huge relief. In my experience, always having a digital backup saved on your phone or in your email is a lifesaver. Has anyone else had a close call with an e-ticket and found a different way to solve it?
