Just ran my Jeep on 37s for 6 months then swapped back to 35s for a trail ride last weekend
Those extra 2 inches of clearance on 37s made me a lazy driver and I nearly high-centered my buddy's FJ on a rock garden that I used to glide over, has anyone else felt like bigger tires just cover up bad line picking?

Nah man, bigger tires just let you drive smarter not harder.

Two years ago I had 35s on my Jeep. Hated it. You got me thinking though - maybe I was just fighting the trail instead of working with it.

Totally agree, @angela_allen53, I got lazy too after upsizing and started blaming the trail instead of my own line choices. Swapping back was humbling but it forced me to actually read the rocks again.
